摘要
目的研究中药蜂房(nidusvespae)的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果从蜂房中分离得到6个已知成分,分别鉴定为8-羟基喹啉-4-酮(1)、对苯二酚(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(6)。结论化合物1为首次分离得到的天然产物,化合物2~6均为首次从蜂房中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of nidus vespae. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Resuits Six compounds were isolated from methanol extract of nidus vespae. The structures were identified as 8-hydroxyquinoline-4-one( 1 ), p-dihydroxybenzene ( 2 ), protocateehuic acid ( 3 ), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 4 ), caffeic acid(5), and thymidine(6). Conclusion Compound 1 was first isolated as a natural substance, and compounds 2 - 6 were isolated from nidus vespae for the first time.
