摘要
通过对宏观和微观数据的分析,集中讨论中国跨国公司投资海外的动机及其不同于其他新兴国家的投资特点,提出中国跨国公司进一步加强对外直接投资的策略。
Over the past two decades, Chinese transnationals investment abroad, making China one of the world＇s leading have made a huge amount of foreign direct foreign investors. The phenomenon has not been widely studied from a business perspective, however. Given the increasing prominence of Chinese TNCs in global business, this study of both macro and micro data sets out to fill the gap by concentrating on the motives underlying Chinese TNCs to invest abroad, and by examining their unique features, which differ particularly from other TNCs in emerging countries. Then some strategies are given out based on the analysis.
