摘要
用大功率转靶Ｘ射线衍射仪，配备微光束准直狭缝、准确度为０．０５ｍｍ的可移动样品台及０．１ｍｍ样品表面的限制光栏，建立了微小区域Ｘ射线衍射残余应力测量方法。对Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷－４Ｃｒ１０Ｓｉ２Ｍｏ钢连接试样进行应力测量。
A survey was given to the research done in the field of X ray residual stress determinations on Si 3N 4-4Cr10Si2Mo joint. The measuring conditions were a powerful self rotation anode X ray generator and its attachments of a microbeam collimation slit, a movable sample holder with accuracy degree of 0.05 mm, and a 0.01 mm limiting slit on sample surface. The result of the research is satisfied.
