在纳米乳剂的制备和研究中,用X射线衍射法测量超微粒子的大小,是一种操作方便、简单有效的方法,本文简明地介绍了此方法的原理和应用实验及计算。
During the preparation of and research into nanometer emulsions,the measurement of the size of ultra-fine grains by using X-ray diffraction method is a simple and efficient method very easy to manipulate. This paper presents a concise introduction into the principle,practical experiments and calculations of this method.
