摘要 常熟发电厂SG-1025/16.7-M318型锅炉在运行顺在燃烧器烧坏及炉膛严重结渣、炉膛出口烟温偏差等问题,通过冷、热态诊断试验和对改造方案的冷态模拟试验的验证,对燃烧器结构、布置方式进行了改造,最后通过冷、热态性能与运行优化调试,取得了良好的效果,消除了原来存在的问题,进一步提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全可靠性。 The paper describes the damages of burners and serious furnace slagging problem as well as excessive gas temperature deviations incurred during operation and observed in a SG 1025/16.7 M 318 type boiler installed in Changshu Power Plant.After some cold and hot state prognosticating tests a renovation project was worked out for improving the burners and their way of arrangement,the efficacy of which was confirmed by cold state simulation tests.After cold and hot state performance tests as well as some optimization adjustments during operation,satisfactory results were obtained,where with the problems were solved and some gains in operational economy and reliability stored.
