经尿道汽化切割术治疗高危前列腺增生 被引量：1

摘要 目的：探讨手术治疗高危前列腺增生症的疗效和安全性。方法：术前对患者的病情及手术危险性进行评估，并作围手术期充分准备，采用经尿道前列腺汽化切割术治疗，高危前列腺增生症98例。结果：9g例安全度过围手术期，拔尿管后均排尿通畅。国际前列腺症状评分从术前（25．5±3．5）分，降至术后（5．6±2．3）分，生活质量评分从（5．5±0．5）分降至（1．2±0．5）分，最大尿流率从术前（0-11）ml／s，增加至术后平均16ml／s，痊愈出院。结论：经尿道前列腺汽化切割具有疗效显著，出血少，安全，适用于高危的前列腺增生患者。
