摘要
微型灵巧弹是主动制导、自主攻击的新型智能武器弹药。基于其姿态控制系统的快响应、微体积和总体集成的特点,文中就弹头偏角控制方式阐述了微型灵巧弹的总体结构模型和工作原理,设计了弹头偏角控制机构及其姿态控制系统,并设计了姿态处理电路和压电驱动器的简单开环驱动控制电路,最后对设计的系统进行了测试,弹头偏转可达0.031°。
micro smart munition is a new active guidance, avtive attack intelligence weapon. According to the characteristics of quick response, micro-volume and systemic integration of its attitude control system, the whole structure model and work principle of adaptive munition based on warhead deflection angle introduced. The attitude control model of warhead deflection angle control, attitude processing eleetroeircuit and simple open-loop driving control electrocircuit of piezoceramic actuator is designed. At last, the designed system is tested and its deflection angle is 0.031°.
