摘要
针对目前网上稿件管理存在许多问题,如稿件丢失、稿件漏发等,分析了产生问题的原因,给出了一个完善、系统的稿件处理分流图。
With computers and network popularization, the online submission of papers has become inevitable. Viewing from the current releases of Internet management situation, there are still many problems, such as paper lost and missing etc. Focusing on the existing problems, a perfect and systematic system diagram of contribution diffluence is provided.
