摘要
从正确看待《科学引文索引》(SCI)、重视相关专业数据库、论文被引用率以及期刊影响力不等于论文影响力等方面对当前科技期刊国际化的有关问题进行了探讨,提出了应共享发表在海外的优秀研究成果的建议,提倡立足本土的国际化战略。
The article discussed internationalization of sci-tech journals from treating science citation index correctly, paying more attention on special field database and articles cited by others, and distinguishing the influence of journals and articles. The author also provides some suggestion on how to deal with such consequence including sharing the outcome publishing in overseas, having a local foothold.
