摘要
磷化是一种常用的金属表面处理技术,为了保证和提高汽车涂漆质量,在汽车白车身进行涂装前,应采用磷化技术对白车身内外表面进行防腐处理。将从磷化原理入手,探讨磷化处理的过程控制。
Bonderizing means is a kind of universal technology of metals surface processing. To ensure and enhance paint quality of auto, bonderizing technology for surfaces protection inside and outside must be carried out before white bodywork is painted. Process control of bonderizing was discussed from bonderizing principle in this paper.
