摘要
双环管聚丙烯工艺中,催化剂活性受到原料丙烯中的杂质、A l/Ti比值、氢气浓度、反应时间、丙烷浓度等因素的影响,通过分析各影响因素,优化相关操作参数,使催化剂发挥其最大效率,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。
Using Double-ring pipe polypropylene technic, catalysts＇ activity may be influenced by many factors, such as the impurity in the raw material propylene, Al/Ti ratio, hydrogen concentration, reaction period, dimethylmethane concentration. By anAlyzing different kinds of factors, optimizing the relative operative parameters, the catalysts＇ efficiency could be maximized, the production cost was decreased, and the products quality was improved.
