摘要
垫层对复合地基工作性状有很大影响,在复合地基中有着重要作用。本文通过理论分析、现场试验及数值分析,根据复合地基的形成条件及桩土共同作用机理,探讨复合地基垫层设置的必要性及其调节作用,并利用Vesic小孔扩张理论分析计算桩体向上刺入垫层量,从而确定垫层的设置厚度,得出了一些有益的结论:砂土和炉渣均是较为理想的垫层材料;垫层的设置为桩体向上刺入提供了空间,可以改变桩与桩间土的应力分布,调整桩土应力比,充分发挥桩间土的承载能力,减小桩顶的应力集中和基础底面的应力集中。一般情况下,垫层设置厚度为20~40cm。
The cushion is importance influence on the operational character of the composite foundation.. It is one of the importance theory study content of the composite foundation. Through the theoretical analysis and field test and numerical analysis, the necessary and adjusting function of setting the cushion are studied according to the forming condition of the composite foundation and the operational mechanism of the soil and pile in this paper. And taking use of Vesic's small hole expansive theory to analyze and calculate the upper stab quantity of pile, then working out the thickness of the cushion. And some availability conclusions are obtained from the paper, and it would be helpful and provides the basis of science and technology for the design and construction of the composite foundation. Sand and slag are ideal materials of the cushion. The set of the cushion offer the space to the pile to stab upper. The cushion may change the stress distribution of the soil and piles, and it may adjust the stress ratio of the soil and piles, and exert sufficiency the bearing load of the soil, and decrease the concentrating of the stress of the top of pile and the foundation. Commonly the thickness of the cushion may be set 20 to 40 cm.
