摘要
目的探讨MSCT血管造影诊断颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化的准确性以及影像学价值。方法对20例颈动脉病变的血管成像作回顾性分析,行MPR、CPR、MIP及VRT并综合比对各种重建技术。结果狭窄:颈内、外动脉起始部轻度狭窄8例,中度狭窄3例,呈弧形或半月状。重度狭窄2例。颈动脉分叉处轻度狭窄10例,中度狭窄2例。颈内、外动脉远段轻度狭窄5例,中度2例。颈总动脉处轻度狭窄4例,重度1例。粥样硬化斑块:颈内、外动脉起始部10例,其中硬斑块7例,软斑块3例。颈动脉分叉处12例,其中硬斑块9例,软斑块3例。颈内、外动脉远段6例,其中硬斑块4例,软斑块2例。颈总动脉硬斑块3例。闭塞:2例左侧颈内动脉起始段闭塞。结论CT血管造影检查对颈动脉狭窄程度及粥样硬化斑块具有较高的直观性和准确性。
Objective To evaluate accuracy and image value of MSCT on diagnosing carotid stenosis and arteriosclerosis. Methods 20 patients with carotid stenosis and arteriosclerosis were retrospectively analyzed, MPR, CPR, MIP, VRT were synthesized and various reconstruction technique was used. Results 40 carotid arteries of 20 cases were included in the study, 8 cases with slight degree of stenosis, 3 cases with medium degree of stenosis, and 2 cases with servious stenosis in the initiate part of internal and external carotid. There were 10 cases with slight degree of stenosis and 2 cases with medium degree of stenosis in carotid bifurcation. There were 5 cases with slight degree of stenosis and 2 cases with medium degree of stenosis in distal segment of internal and external carotid and there were 4 cases with slight degree of stenosis and one case with medium degree of stenosis in arteria carotis communis. There were 10 cases with arteriosclerosis in initiate part of internal and external carotid and there were 12 cases with arteriosclerosis in carotid bifurca- tion. There were 6 cases with arteriosclerosis in distal segment of internal and external carotid and there were 3 cases with arteriosclerosis in arteria carotis communis. There were 2 cases with initiate part of internal and external carotid occlusion. Conclusion CT angiography can provide a direct - viewing and precise imaging of the carotid stenosis and arteriosclerosis in diagnosis.
