摘要
知识作为能给组织带来优势的资源,也会给组织带来风险。从知识自身的属性出发,分析了知识优势的对立面即知识刚性,又从知识刚性的角度分析知识风险,并探讨了如何对知识风险进行管理。
As two sides of one coin, knowledge can be an advantageous source as well as a risk for organizations. This article analyzes the opposite of the knowledge＇s advantage based on knowledge＇s attribute, that is knowledge rigidity. Then it analyzes the knowledge risks from aspect of knowledge rigidity. At last it studies how to manage the knowledge risks.
