摘要
介绍了工业技术研究院的发展历史及其在产学研合作、科技成果转化以及科技创新工作中的优势,得出工研院作为产学研合作的新形态、科技成果转化的新途径、科技创新体系的新成员,能够发挥重要作用的结论。
This paper introduces the development history of ITRI（Industrial Technology Research Institute）, and analyzes the advantages on the Industry-academy-research Partnership, S＆T achievement transformation and S＆T innovation.In the end,it gets the conclusion that as a new appearance of Industry-academy-research Partnership, a new path of S＆T achievement transformation and a new member of the Innovation System for S＆T,the Industrial Technology Research Institute has its important function.
