摘要
探讨如何运用知识管理理论及EIP信息技术,帮助研发部门掌握及运用相关知识,并在此基础之上构建产品研发的知识管理系统架构,以缩短产品开发周期,增加产品市场竞争力,有助于企业适应复杂多变、高度不确定的竞争环境。
This article discusses how to use Knowledge Management theory and EIP info technology, with which the department of R＆D can hold and exert correlative knowledge. Based on it, we constructed a framework of Knowledge Management System in product R＆D, in order to shorten the period of product exploiture and enhance market competition abilities .That will help enterprise adapt the complex and levity competition environment.
