摘要网络外部性环境下,技术标准是企业制胜的关键。协作R&D网络与技术标准联盟形成有效契合已成为高技术领域发展的一种趋势,双方通过资源共享来构建技术标准,降低交易费用,创造企业价值。为准确研究两者的契合关系,首先需要对契合动因进行深入分析,这是一个前提和基础。从价值创造角度将契合动因归纳为交易费用、技术资源、用户安装基础和组织学习能力等方面,为研究两者契合关系提供一些借鉴意义。
