摘要
随着国内外经济形势的不断变化,科技体制改革进一步深入,表征、测度科技体制的科技指标体系也在相应地变化着。通过对科技指标体系的研究,能够比较清楚地看出科技体制改革的历程。
Along with the unceasing change of domestic and foreign economical situations, the reform of the science and technology system is further thorough, the technical target system , which attribute and measure science and technology system,is melting in the corresponding diastrophism. Through the research of the technical target system can quite clearly see the reform of the science and technology system.
