摘要
目的:观察益心康泰胶囊对冠心病合并心功能不全患者的临床疗效。方法:将196例冠心病合并心功能不全患者分为2组,其中对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益心康泰胶囊,每次1.0g,每日3次,疗程为4周。结果:治疗组在患者自觉症状、6min步行试验、心血管事件发生次数的改善等方面均显著优于对照组。结论:益心康泰胶囊对冠心病合并心功能不全患者有较好的疗效。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinkangtai capsule on coronary heart diseases（CHD） complicated with heart failure（HF）. METHODS： A total of 196 CHD patients complicated with HF were divided into two groups： the control group received conventional anti- HF therapy alone, while the treatment group received conventional anti- HF therapy plus Yixinkangtai capsule 1.0 g tid for 4 wk. RESULTS： As compared with the control group, the treatment group had a much better improvement in symptoms, 6MWT and the incidence of cardiovascular event. CONCLUSION： Yixinkangtai capsule has a good therapeutic efficacy for patients with CHD complicate with HF.
