摘要
加大行政授权力度,推进行政授权法制化,对建设和谐政府,乃至构建社会主义和谐社会都有重要的意义。为此,分析了推进行政授权法制化进程中所面临的困境,并据此提出推进行政授权法制化的三点措施。
