摘要
面对社会发展的多元化,图书馆处于复合时代,它是传统图书馆与数字图书馆并存发展的"新旧"结合体。在分析了复合图书馆及其特征的基础上,探析队伍建设基本思路——馆员结构复合型及其涵义,以及馆员结构复合型人才的培养问题。
This paper analyzes the complex library and its features,and then it elaborates the basic trains of thought of team construction,i.e. librarian structure complex and its implications. Finally,it discusses the talent training of librarian structure complex.
