摘要
本文论述的是一个基于 VXI 总线仪器的先进的电路印制板(PCB)自动测试与故障诊断系统,与其它夹具式电路板在线测试仪所不同之处在于它既可对被测电路板进行整体功能测试,又可对单个器件进行在线测试,在对单个器件进行在线测试时无需对被测器件施加任何激励或设保护点。实践证明该系统的测试方法先进,故障定位准确。
In this paper, a compositive test system for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) based on VXI equipment is discussed. The system can either test the function of the PCB or diagnose fault to singular component. For on-line test to digital IC, it needs not driving signal and guarding points. Through actual application, it is certified that this system has a high practicability and generality.
