摘要 目的探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)、P-gp、c-erbB-2蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Power visionTM两步法检测97例乳腺癌组织中NF-κB、P-gp、c-erbB-2的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中NF-κB、P-gp、c-erbB-2的阳性表达率分别为65.97%、43.29%、50.51%;NF-κB、c-erbB-2与乳腺癌淋巴转移及病理分期相关(P<0.05);在乳腺癌标本中NF-κB、P-gp、c-erbB-2蛋白表达两两间均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中NF-κB、P-gp、c-erbB-2三者间蛋白表达均有相关性,其在乳腺癌多药耐药发生中具有一定作用。 Objective To explore the expression of nuclear transcription factor ( NF-κB), P-gp and c-erbB-2 in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of NF-κB, P-gp and c-erbB-2 were determined with immunohistochemistry (Power VisionTM two step methods) in 97 human breast cancer. Results The expression of NF-κB, P-gp, c-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues was 65.97%, 43.29%, 50. 51% respectively. Overexpression of NF-κB and c- erbB-2 in breast cancer was related to histological grading and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Expression of NF-κB in breast cancer tissues was positively correlated with P-gp and c-erbB-2 expression (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of NF-κB in breast cancer tissues is positively correlated with P-gp and c-erbB-2 expression, and it may play a synergistic role in the MDR of breast cancer.
