摘要
氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)分析是一种检测体内组织、细胞生化代谢水平的无创性方法,它在颅内肿瘤的早期诊断、准确分期中有着重要价值。尤其是当一些因素(如合并有放射治疗后改变等)使常规磁共振成像诊断的准确性降低时,1H-MRS提供的代谢信息能提高对肿瘤残存和复发的诊断准确性,有待逐渐成为颅内占位性病变常规检查的一部分。该文对1H-MRS定量颅内肿瘤代谢物的方法及技术予以综述。
Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(H-MRS) is a noninvasive method to measure biochemical metaboilic level of tissues and cells in vivo, which plays an important role in the early diagnosis and precise staging of intracranial tumor. Eapecialy, when when some certain factors such as radiation therapy decrease the accuracy of routine MRI diagnosis, metabolic information provided by ^1H-MRS can promote the diagnostic accuracy for tumor survival and tumor relapse. ^1H-MRS is expected to be a part of conventional examination for inracranial spaceoccupying lesion. This article reviews the methods and techniques in quantifying metabolites of intracranial tumors.
