加工钢—硬质合金复合材料用金刚石磨具的试验研究

摘要 钢-硬质合金相组合是硬质合金应用的一种重要形式,其磨加工有诸多困难.作者应用RVD金刚石并镀镍为磨料.研究了一种新的树脂结合剂配方,较好地解决了钢-硬质合金复合材料磨加工的困难. The Combinations of steel and carbide is an important method in carbide machining,Buf it was difficult to grinding in the present work. The chapter took PVD sythetic diamont which was coated by nickel as abrasive, and developed a new resin bond. The results indicate that the technology in a better means to overcome the diffieulty in grinding of stl-carbide combinations.
