摘要
研究了钎焊工艺参数以及其它工艺条件对钎头钎焊性能和钎头使用寿命的影响，找出了其间的相互规律，提出了钎头生产的合理工艺参数及工艺条件。
The effects of process parameters and conditions on brazing properties and rock bit using life are studied in this paper.The relationship among the process parameters, brazing conditions, and properties are searched. The reasonable welding parameters and conditions for rock bit prodoctiou are proprosed in the paper.
