摘要
通过城市土地整理,政府可以优化配置城市土地资源,调整产业布局,优化产业结构,集约使用土地,节约土地资源,同时还可使城市土地增殖,实现土地收益的最大化;在对城市土地整理内涵及其理论分析的基础上,提出了城市土地整理的模式和措施。
Depending on the urban land consolidation,the government can be excellent to install the urban land resources,to adjust the industry layout,to turn an industrial structure exceently,to use land intensively and to economize the land resources;can also make the urban land propagate in the mean time,carry out the urban land income to maximize.This paper puts forward the modes and the measures under the foundation of analysing the content and its theories of the urban land consolidation.
