摘要
目的:晚期胰腺癌不能手术切除,我们在行胆—肠通道重建的同时,直视下经超声引导行放射性粒子125I植入来治疗,以达到较好的效果。材料与方法:我院在彩超引导下行放射性粒子125I植入来治疗胰腺癌,术中引导,方便、直接、准确。结果:本组病例16例,术后一个月复查,10例肿那个缩小1/2以上,6例亦有明显缩小,有效率达100%。结论:超声的引导介入能准确地、均匀地将放射性粒子植入肿块内,保证了手术顺利成功。放射性粒子植入是局部"适形"放疗,肿瘤靶区高剂量,而周围正常组织受量较低,有效地提高了治疗增益系统(TGF),减少了并发症,增加了疗效,提高了患者地生活质量和生存质量[1],在临床上具有较高的实用价值。
Purpose： The advanced pancreatic cancer isn＇t resetable, ^125I seeds are plante into the pancreatic tumors with the ultrasound guidance when bile- bowed reestablislunent in order to get a good effect. Marterial and Methords： ^125I plantation was applied to treat the patients in our hospital, which proved convenient, direct and accurate. Results： Sixteen patients were performed the procedures, they were followed after a month, 1/2 reduction happened in tenpatients, the others reduced obviously, effective late got 100%. Conclusion： Radionplanting accruately with guide of ultrasound intervention provie evidence for the success of the surgeries. Radion - planting is a shaped - radiotherapy. The radial sdose in the center of the tumor is high and around little, which increases the TGF effectively. The complication is rare and therapeutic efficacy is obvious. Radion - plantiny improves the life quality of the aptients and it has an significant value in clinic.
