摘要
以α-氨基酸为原料,实验中利用三光气制备(S)-氧氮杂环戊烷-2,5-二酮(Oxazolidine-2,5-dione)中间体,合成了4个α-(氨基)烷基芳基酮。其结构经^1H-NMR、质谱验证,其光学纯度经HPLC检测达99%以上。
With (S)-oxazolidine-2,5-dione which was prepared by using triphosgen as intermediate, a novel method for synthesis of (S)-α-aminoalkyl aryl ketone from (S)-α-amino acid was indicated. Four (S)-α-aminoalkyl aryl ketones were produced without loss of the primordial optical activity from (S)-α-amino acids. NMR, FAB-MS and HPLC were applied to characterize structures and optical purities of products.
