摘要
以α-氨基酸为原料，实验中利用三光气制备（S）-氧氮杂环戊烷-2，5-二酮（Oxazolidine-2，5-dione）中间体，合成了4个α-（氨基）烷基芳基酮。其结构经^1H-NMR、质谱验证，其光学纯度经HPLC检测达99％以上。
With （S）-oxazolidine-2,5-dione which was prepared by using triphosgen as intermediate, a novel method for synthesis of （S）-α-aminoalkyl aryl ketone from （S）-α-amino acid was indicated. Four （S）-α-aminoalkyl aryl ketones were produced without loss of the primordial optical activity from （S）-α-amino acids. NMR, FAB-MS and HPLC were applied to characterize structures and optical purities of products.
