摘要
工程量清单计价是一种新的、适应市场经济要求的工程计价模式,由于实行时间不长,存在问题不少。文章在分析问题的基础上,提出了具体对策。
Priced bill of quantities is a new pricing model that accommodates market economy but there are deficiencies in its short time application. The article puts forward countermeasures based on the analysis of the deficiencies.
