摘要 [目的]在教学中指导学生培养和提高自学能力,促进学生主动思考,提高学生查阅文献和自我理解能力。[方法]在《内科护理学》教学中采用教师从教材中选择题目,让学生通过查找文献资料、相互讨论等方式找出护理问题,提出解决问题的方法。[结果]通过在教学中加强学生自学能力的培养,提高了学生的学习兴趣,减少了教师在课堂讲解的时间,同时提高了学生的自学能力。[结论]在素质教育提倡的十项能力中,自学能力是高职教育培养目标中最基本和最核心的能力,加强自学指导,也是现代化高职教育教学模式的需要。 Objective: To guide students to cultivate and to enhance their selflearning ability, so as to promote the active thinking for students and to improve the ability of reading literatures and self- understanding of students. Methods: In the course of “Internal medicine nursing” teaching, teachers selected topics from teaching materials and let students to find out nursing questions by searching for literatures and discussing with each other, then students themselves put forward methods to deal with these questions. Results: By strengthening the cultivation of self- learning ability in teaching, the learning interest of students has been promoted. The time of explaining of teachers in class was decreased. At the same time, self - learning ability of students had been improved. Conclusion: In ten items of abilities quality education advocated, self-learning ability is the most basic and the most central in cultivation targets of high occupation. To strengthen self - learning guidance is also the need of teaching mode of modern high occupational education.
