摘要
目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔片对快速型心律失常的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的快速型心律失常患者随机分成参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔片观察组(80例)与单用美托洛尔片对照组(79例)。结果:观察组临床症状改善总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为75.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心电图疗效比较,观察组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率为69.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊具有显著的抗快速型心律失常作用,与美托洛尔联合应用能增强疗效,并可改善患者心悸、气短、乏力、失眠等临床症状,未见不良反应。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shensong Yangxin Capsule（SYC） combinated with Metprolol Tablet on Rapid Arrhythmia, Methods：All patients were divided into two groups randomly：Treatment group（8.0 cases） treated by Shensong Yangxin Capsule combinated with Metprolol Tablet and control group（79 cases） treated by Metprolol TabletResults：The total clinical efficacy in improving TCM syndromes was markedly higher in SYC group than that in the control group, 90.0% vs 75.9%（P〈0.05）.The same results was found in electrocardiogram, 80.0% vs 69.6%（ P〈 0.05）.There were no serious side effects of liver function and kidney function were observed in the two groups.Conclusion： This study demonstrates that SYC combinated with Metprolol Tablet is efficent and safe in Rapid Arrhythmia.
