摘要
目的:观察五加生化胶囊在药物流产中的止血效果。方法:用米非司酮及米索前列醇排出孕囊后,观察组160例口服五加生化胶囊,对照组160例口服益母草冲剂,观察其阴道出血时间及阴道出血量。结果:观察组与对照组比较,药流后阴道出血量和阴道出血时间均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),观察组疗效好于对照组。结论:五加生化胶囊治疗药物产后阴道出血疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the hemostatic effect on drug abortion treated by Wujiashenghua Capsule. Methods： After draining pregnancy prostaticus by mifepristone or misoprostol,160 cases are taken Wujiashenghua Capsule orally as the study group ,while the control group are taken Motherwort Recipe ,then we observe the time and the quantity of eolporrhagia.Results：There is obvious difference in the time and the quantity of colporrhagia between the study group and the control group（P〈0.01）.The thcmpcutic effect of the study group is better than the one of the control group.Conclusion： The hemostatic effect on drug abortion by Wujiashenghua Capsule is reliable.
