摘要
目的:探讨24例食管癌患者术后相关并发症。方法:分析我院2003年10月～2007年7月治疗食管癌患者中出现术后并发症的病例。结果:吻合口瘘2例,肺部并发症6例,心律失常5例,胃排空障碍10例,死亡1例。结论:食管癌术后并发症发生与病理分期、病变部位关系密切,严重并发症一旦发生,处理棘手并可危及生命。
Objective： To explore and identify the related factors of postoperative complications in patients with respectable esophageal carcinoma.Methods：Analyzing the esophageal carcinoma patients in our hospital from 10,2003 to 7,2007. Results：2 cases of anstomosis leakage ,6 cases of bellows compications,5 cases of HR disorder, and 10 cases of GE disorder. Conclusion：Statistical analysis suggests that postoperative complications have significant correlation with age,tumor stage.It is difficult to control and will cause death if the severe complications occur.
