摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定康泉注射液中Ｇｒａｎｉｓｅｔｒｏｎ的含量。在３０１ｎｍ波长处测得Ｅ１％１ｃｍ＝３６５，方法线性范围４～２０μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为１００．６％，ＲＳＤ为０．５８％（ｎ＝５）。
The content of Granisetron was determined by UV Spectrophotometry at 301 nm. The E 1% 1cm was 365 with linear range 4￣20μg/ml. The average recovery rate was 100.6% (RSD=0.58%,n=5).
