摘要
为了实现对近海船舶的监控,将电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)和雷达监控相结合,构建了一种近海船舶分布式监控系统。系统应用于对渔船的监控,结果表明,雷达监控站能够准确传输雷达图像至监控中心,中心监控系统能够实现对近海渔船的监控,说明系统有效、可行。
For protecting inshore fishery resources, a monitoring system based on a electronic chart display and information system （ECDIS） and radar monitoring is proposed to oversee coasting ships. Applied result shows this system extends the radar＇s remote telemetry and monitoring functions. Because of the rapid data transmission between center and radar station, it is an efficient means to monitor coasting ships for protecting inshore fishery resources.
