摘要
通过产业跟踪调查、定点社区调查和文献研究相结合的方法,从贸易、市场、产业、竞争力4个方面调查了云南省主要松茸产区的产业链现状,总结了该产业优势和存在的问题。以期有助于正确认识云南松茸业的现状和未来,促进云南松茸产业持续、健康发展。
We studied the present situation of the industry chain of Tricholoma spp. from trade, markets, industry and competition aspect combined with scouted investigation, community survey, and literature study. The predominance and issues in this industry were summarized. The study had aids on correctly understanding the actuality and future of Tricholoma spp. and promoting the industry of Tricholoma spp. sustainable and health development.
