摘要
目的旨在找出济宁市幼儿生长发育城乡之间的差异,为促进幼儿生长发育及幼儿教育提供一定的参考依据。方法按国家体育总局《2005年国民体质监测工作方案》和《2005年国民体质监测工作手册》的要求,2005年5月济宁市体育局对城乡802名幼儿,按性别分为4类样本16个年龄组,进行了形态、机能和素质共14项体质指标的监测。结果幼儿的体质状况总体良好,符合幼儿发育特征,但存在城乡发展不平衡的问题:身高、体质量城市幼儿高于乡村幼儿,素质方面乡村幼儿综合素质远不及城市幼儿。结论农村儿童的营养和健康状况中存在的问题较为突出,建议政府和有关部门给予更大的关注。
Objective To find out the differences of growth and development of children aged 3 to 6 years between urban and rural areas in Jining City so as to provide the references for promoting the health education on them. Methods According to the Working Program of National Physique Supervision in 2005 and the Working Handbook of National Physique Supervision in 2005 by National Sports Bureau, 802 children aged 3 to 6 years from urban and rural areas were divided into 16 age groups of 4 swatches on the basis of sex, and 14 physique indexes including formation, function and quality were investigated in May, 2005. Results The present physique situation of these children was totally well according to the growth features of children. However, the development of the children between the urban and rural areas was not consistent. The height and weight of urban children were superior to those of rural ones, and the overall quality of the urban children was far prior to that of the rural children. Conclusions The status of nutrition and health of rural children is not very well and the government should pay more concern to them.
