摘要
通过对医学科研管理学发展的回顾与评估，分析了医学科研管理学创建以来的经验与问题，探讨今后医学科研管理学建设与发展的思路。
By the review and evaluation of nearly-30 years＇ development of Chinese medical research management, this article analyzed and summarized the experiences and problems of it and discussed the new idea of the discipline construction and its development in future.
