摘要
分析了高职院图书馆人力资源管理的现状,提出了把人本管理的理念运用于图书馆人力资源管理的建议。
This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in higher vocational college library, and advances some suggestions for introducing the concept of humanist management into human resource management of library.
