摘要
患者到医院就诊是为了满足其生存和发展的生理需要而接受医疗服务,是一种消费行为,患者应属于消费者。把医患关系纳入《消费者权益保护法》的调整范围,既符合我国目前医疗关系现状,也符合《消费者权益保护法》的立法意图。
In order to satisfy its needs for survival and development of physiology, the patients to the hospital to seeing a doctor and accept the medical treatment service ,that is one kind of consumer behavior. Patients should belong to the consumers, the doctor-patient relationship should be protected by "Consumer Protection Law". It is not only in line with China's current status of medical relations, but also conforms to the aim of "consumer rights protection legislation".
