摘要
为了使当代的大学生能够把创造性和积极性发挥到最佳效果,高等医学院校学生管理工作中需要引入激励机制。本文论述了在高等医学院校学生管理工作中引入激励机制的意义,指出了在高校管理工作中引入激励机制应该把握的基本原则和相应的措施。
In order to bring university students＇ creativity and motivation into full play, we should apply the stimulation system into the management of medical university students. This paper analyzes the meaning of the stimulation system in the management of university students, gives some principles and measures for it.
