芬太尼复合吗啡用于剖宫产术后硬膜外腔镇痛临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的通过硬膜外腔芬太尼复合吗啡用于剖宫产术后镇痛的观察,探讨更安全有效的用药方法。方法选择行剖宫产手术产妇200例,分为A组100例,B组100例。PCA泵镇痛液配方,A组为芬太尼0.4 mg+吗啡2mg+丁卡因100 mg+维生素B121 mg,用生理盐水稀释到100 ml。B组为吗啡4 mg+丁卡因100 mg+维生素B121mg稀释到100 ml,镇痛泵输注速度为2 ml/h。结果A、B两组镇痛效果均满意,无显著性差异;A组恶心、呕吐发生率少于B组,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论芬太尼复合吗啡用于剖宫产术后持续硬膜外镇痛是较为理想的术后镇痛方法。
