摘要
详细分析了割嘴漏气以及割炬"不冲"等故障的主要表现特征,研究了这些故障产生的关键原因,并给出了相应排除方法。其次介绍了射吸式焊炬的使用与维修,包括焊炬上氧气、乙炔两种进气接管嘴的区分方法、焊炬技术状态的检查、焊炬的维护,以及焊炬在通常使用过程中容易出现的故障,如放炮和回火等。
This paper analyses the main performance characteristics of some troubles in detail,such as air leak of cutting nozzle, “raiding” of cutting torch and so on,studies the key reasons for these troubles and finds out the solutions.It also introduces the usage and maintenance of jettingsucking welding torch,including methods distinct two inlet nozzles of oxygen and acetylene,inspection and maintenance of welding torch and its common troubles in use,such as blasting and backfire.
