摘要
以测量焊接残余应力为出发点,介绍了常用的测量方法,重点阐述了小孔释放法的测量原理和计算公式的推导,以及为提高测量精度而进行的释放系数的标定、塑性变形公式的修正,同时还分析了孔间距、孔边距以及停钻后何时读数,以及读数对测量结果的影响。
This paper is based on measure of weld residual stress,introduces normal measure method,pays more attention to the principle of measure with little hole method and deduct of formula,along with calibration of coefficient and reform of plastic deform for improving measure precision,meanwhile,analysis effect coming from distance between holes,distance between hole and side and get reading after stop drilling to measure result.
