摘要
从江苏和海南甜瓜种植区的病株中分离得到4种甜瓜蔓枯病病原物,在25℃、16h光照/8h黑暗条件下,4种病原菌分离物在PSA上培养后进行形态观察。结果表明:4种病原菌在PSA培养基上菌落形状相似,初为圆形后转变为同心圆;气生菌丝起初均为乳白色,后期为青灰色或者黑色,气生菌丝生长旺盛;其中C的基内菌丝较其它3种发达,可以直接产生大量的分生孢子,其余3种只能形成极少分生孢子;4种病原菌产生的孢子大小、形态基本一致,无色无隔或单隔为主;4种病原菌的菌丝生长速度差异不显著;在12h紫外灯/12h黑暗周期下处理4—6d,4种病原菌都能产生大量的分生孢子。此外,以感病品种白皮脆为供试材料,利用孢子悬浮液喷雾接种方法对这4种病原菌进行致病力的测定。结果表明,4种病原菌均具有较强的致病力,但它们之间的致病力差异不显著。
4 Kinds of diseases caused by Didymella bryoniae sepatated from melon cultivated area in Jiangsu and Hainan under 25℃ of 16/8 h light condition were observed. The analysis results indicated that the bacteria colony on PSA medium are similar to one another by their appearance. The 4 kinds of agent change into circular, then concentric circle; aerial mycelium first appears laete, then changes into cinereous or black, aerial myeelium grows luxuriantly. Among them, C hypha is more developing, compared with others, which can produce a great deal of branch spore directly. The other 3 kinds of agent can become a few branch spores. The size and appearance of the other 4 kinds of agent are basically consistent with one another, living together or living separately without any colour. The difference of growth coefficient of hypha of 4 kinds of agent is not significant; The 4 kinds of agent can produce a lot of branch spores under utraviolet light 12 h/dark period 12 h with the treatment of 4-6 days.In addition, taking white skin frailty as the tested material, the determination of the effect of the spore suspended liquid spraying on pathogenic rate of the 4 kinds of agent is conducted. The result indicated that the 4 kinds of agent have strong pathogenic effect, but among them, there is no sigenificant difference.
