摘要
目的制定复方川乌止痛贴剂中酯型生物碱及总生物碱的含量测定方法。方法分别采用改良异羟肟酸铁-高氯酸铁法及酸性染料比色法测定制剂中的酯型生物碱及乌头类总生物碱的含量。结果酯型生物碱在6．4～64mg／ml间有良好的线性关系；平均加样回收率为99．7％，RSD为2．25％（n=5）。乌头总生物碱在1．94～15．52mg／ml间有良好的线性关系；平均加样回收率为99．47％，RSD为2．07％（n=5）。结论结果准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂中酯型生物碱及总生物碱的质量控制。
Objective To establish the assay of ester - series alkaloid and total alkaloid in Complex Prescription Monkshood Plaster. Methods Ferric Hydroxamic acid - Ferric Perchloric acid method was used to determine the content of ester - series alkaloid, and acid dye colorimetry was used to determine the content of total alkaloid in Complex Prescription Monkshood plaster. Results A good linearity for ester - series alkaloid was ranged from 6.4 to 64 mg/ml;the average recovery was 99.47% with RSD 2. 07% （n = 5 ）. Total alkaloid also showed a good linear correlation in the range of 1.94 - 15.52 mg/ml. The average recovery was 102.06% and RSD was 1.31% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. These methods can be used for quality control of ester - series alkaloid and total alkaloid.
