苯并咪唑类化合物的结构与光谱特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究苯并咪唑类化合物的结构与光谱特性,设计、合成了不同结构的系列苯并咪唑类化合物,测定了其最大吸收波长(λamax)(320.5~396.0nm)和荧光发射波长(λe)(387.0~497.0nm),求得了荧光量子产率(Ф)(0.01~0.69)和Stokes Shift位移值(δ3248.6~9636.5)。研究发现其分子结构与上述光谱特性有密切关系。 A series of benzimidazole derivatives with different structures were designed and synthesized and their maximum absorption wavelengths ( λamax ) ( 320.5 - 396.0 nm ) , fluorescent emission wavelengths (λe) (387, 0 -497.0 nm), quantum yields (Ф) (0. 01 -0. 69)and Stokes shift values (δ 3 248.6 -9 636. 5)were measured. The data revealed that their molecular structures are closely related to their spectral characteristics.
