根据富拉油田开发项目安全相关系统FSC的设计和运行经验,全面介绍了安全相关系统的设计原则、设计程序、设计方法。同时也介绍了与安全相关系统有关的术语和概念。设计原则主要涉及有效性、可靠性、安全完整性分配、目标故障、有效性与可靠性以及经济适用等原则;设计程序包含了安全系统设计生命周期的各个部分和各阶段的目标;设计方法主要涉及系统设计和系统组态。为同类系统的设计提供了可以借鉴的程序和方法。
According to the design and operation experience of the related safety system FSC in the Fular oilfield development project, design principal, design procedure and design method is comprehensively introduced. The terms and concepts related safety system are introduced too. The design principal mainly involved efficiency, reliability, safety integrate distribution, target obstacle, etc. principal. Design procedure contains the target in each part and each stage during the safety system design period. Design method is mainly involved system design and system configuration.
