摘要
黄河洪水在历史上对沿岸人民生命财产造成巨大损失,也促使黄河洪水灾害防治成为新中国一项浩大的工程。从洪水灾害防治出发,对黄河洪水潜在危害区域实施洪水保险措施、完善洪水灾害防治体系进行了分析。
The disasters from the Yellow River floods caused heavy loss of the people＇ s life and property along the river historically, which urged the flood prevention and control for the river to become a great project of the new China since its founding. In accordance with the prevention of flood disaster, both the implementation of the flood insurance measures in the regions potentially endangered by the flood from the Yellow River and the perfection of the relevant flood prevention and control system are analyzed herein.
